Annie Boilard has worked in the field of competency development for almost 20 years. She is not only  a trainer, but also a facilitator, an experimented business manager and team leader.

She works with executive teams to develop strategic planning and provides individualized support. She also acts as a facilitator and coach to help leaders and professionals develop their behavioral skills.

Annie intervenes frequently as a lecturer, panelist, expert, author and blogger. Being a well versed author and providing more 40 lectures annually, particularly for Les Affaires, L’Ordre des CRHA, L’Ordre des Ingénieurs, L’Ordre des CPA, L’Association des notaires, L’Association des phramaciens, L’Association québécoise des gaz naturels, L’Association des commissions scolaires and many other.

She received the HR Professional of the Year award in 2017 presented by “HR Reporter” and the Meilleur talent award in 2016 in Montreal.
