Fady has extensive experience working in the field of Special Care Counselling. Prior to joining Champlain Regional College (Lennoxville and St-Lambert), Fady worked in the field of mental health and addiction services as a special care counsellor/educator until his transition to teaching in 2019. Personal experiences have also led to an advanced knowledge in physical and neurological impairments. Fady has a bachelors in Psychology and a Masters in Educational Psychology.
