Lynda is a content specialist and seminar leader of human resources management in the RAC Office Management and Business Development programs. Lynda has an M.Ed. and over twenty years experience training and coaching professionals and managers of many organizations in the development of human resources. She began her career with a large Canadian bank as a trainer-coach. Now as a learning consultant, Lynda designs and delivers customized programs and coaches in communications, management skills, team leadership, performance management, organizational conflict and change. Lynda also teaches human resources management, and organizational development courses at McGill University. She’s a lifelong learner and loves to help others learn.
