Navjot graduated from McGill University in 1997 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree specializing in Psychology and Child Psychology. Always having a love for children, she went on to get her Attestation in Early Childhood Education from Vanier College in 1998, and also completed some education courses in the Faculty of Education from McGill University in 2002. Navjot has been a qualified educator in the field of early childhood education for over 15 years and has experience in an elementary school as a substitute teacher for kindergarten. As an early childhood educator, Navjot also had many opportunities and experiences of training various students doing their stages in the ECE program both at Vanier and Champlain College. As a content specialist for the RAC ECE program and committed to student success, Navjot welcomes the new opportunity to teach students in the adult educational program, and looks forward to sharing her knowledge and experiences of early childhood education with them.
