Rena Walters specializes in the field of Early Childhood Education. She has worked in the field for over 10 years. She has experience as a daycare educator, daycare director, and board member of a C.P.E. as well as an advocate for educators while she held the position of union representative. She has helped to develop the English documents for the AEP program for in school daycare educators for the Lester B Pearson school board. She is also a vocational education teacher for the AEP courses. She has also taught ECE courses at Cegep Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu. She is currently an ECE RAC content specialist. Rena’s aim is to empower others by passing on vital information that will help them to succeed in the field of early childhood education, in so doing she hopes that they will feel motivated and inspired to perform their duties to the best of their capabilities.
