Shauna Callender possesses over 15 years of combined experience in human resources, management, education and social work.

With extensive experience in the international, private and provincial public sector levels, Shauna has worked within large-scale health and social service agencies, taught at both the university and CEGEP levels, and has also been an educator abroad.

Currently leading Talent programs in the tech sector and prior HR executive leadership within maritime shipping, Shauna’s expertise in staffing, recruitment, organizational change management and competency development within unionized and non-unionized work environments, and her accomplished track record for leading enterprise-level HRIS change; have driven successful teams to achieve business desired results.

Shauna holds a graduate-level Certificate in Human Resources Management (McGill), a B.A. Applied Social Science (Concordia), and both a Bachelor and Master in Social Work (McGill). She is also a CRHA member of the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés.
