Vitalii Baglaiev graduated 3 times (ITCS, CCNA and ITNM) at Champlain College Saint-Lambert. He received a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in 2003 and a Master’s degree in Management from Central Ukrainian National Technical University in 2005. Because of growing impact of IT technology on business, economy, and daily life, he invested his time on IT technology learning and graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science in 2005 and a Master’s degree in Computer Science in 2006 from Central Ukrainian National Technical University. Learning to surf into a wave of change in IT industry and building a successful business, he began to study law and graduated with a Bachelor of Laws in Kharkiv National Yaroslav Mudryi Law Academy in 2011. Being proactive, he was involved in organizing Career development training sessions in Computer Science within local government organizations. Since 2015, he is involved in different IT projects in the Healthcare industry at the Jewish General Hospital, Sacred Heart Hospital, Lakeshore General Hospital, St. Mary’s Hospital, Southwest One Medical Center, CLSC de Pierrefonds, CLSC du Lac-Saint-Louis, CHSLD Denis-Benjamin-Viger and other health centers of CIUSSS ODIM. One of his responsibility at the CIUSSS ODIM is to coach new IT support specialists.
